Shipping policy

We deliver our products to all territories across Egypt, delivery shall be in 7 working days Inside Cairo & Ciza and delivery shall be in 10 working days to the rest of the governorates of Egypt (excluding any public holidays).
We accept Cash On Delivery (COD) payments.

  • Orders are processed and prepared for shipment after order confirmation through  our customer service team.

  • Delivery is completed within 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the selected governorate and operational circumstances.

  • We accept Cash On Delivery , wallet payments or Instapay payments

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at the checkout page.

  • The final shipping cost is determined based on the selected governorate before completing the payment.

  • Our customer service team will contact you by phone to confirm your order details.

  • Orders are shipped only after successful confirmation.

  • In case we are unable to reach you, the order may be delayed or canceled.
